West Fork Vision Plan
The Vision Plan was adopted as a broad guide for administering growth and development within the West Fork community. It contains more detail regarding both the Future Land Use Plan and the Master Street Plan.
Future Land Use Plan
The Future Land Use Plan balances existing development patterns with desired patterns of development for the future. The proposed land use plan capitalizes on the existing strengths of the City while charting a course for more flexibility in development types to aid in the growth of a strong economy and housing market for the City.

Master Street Plan
With growth and time, changes are needed to any community street network, and the same is true in West Fork to ensure the road system is strong and connected to allow efficient access for all. This updated Master Street Plan accomplishes that by identifying key areas needed for future extensions and other roadway improvements, including pedestrian accommodations. Most often implemented when adjacent lands develop, these improvements can help relieve congestion and plan for efficient growth and improvement of the City's street system over time.
